Thursday 1st – Monday 5th December

1st Test Match

Each day, following breakfast, transfer to the 1st Test Match between Pakistan and England at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium. After each day’s play, you will transfer back to your hotel. Evenings are at leisure.

The earliest mention of Taxila is in the 6th Century BC when the Persian King Darius I stayed there during his campaign to conquer the Indus Valley in the Achaemenid Period. It came under Greek rule after Alexander the Great arrived in 326 BC. We will visit Sirkap, a Greek city, and the ruins of the Buddhist monastery at Julian. The tour will end with visit to Taxila museum.
